Southwest monsoon to bring rains over Luzon Tuesday

MANILA -- The southwest monsoon will bring rains in most areas of Luzon on Tuesday, as the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) lifts all warning signals.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, Pagasa said the provinces of Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan will experience light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila, Western Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms while Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will have isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-31 degrees Celsius, Tagaytay City 22-28 degrees Celsius, Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 25-31 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
