FSRF program reaches LGU Libon

Provincial Government of Albay under the leadership of Gov. Al Francis Bichara thru the Albay Provincial Agricultural Office (APAO) headed by Provincial Agriculturist Cheryll Rebeta and Department of Agriculture Regional Director Mr. Rodel Tornilla in partnership with Land Bank of the Philippines distributed financial support to the local rice farmers of Libon.
