PH Naval Task Group provides assistance in distributing PPEs for health workers
PASIG CITY, April 21 (PIA) -- The Philippine Navy’s Naval Task Group – National Capital Region (NTG-NCR) has been providing security assistance, logistical support, and additional workforce in the ongoing distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to aid the medical health workers in this time of pandemic.
Personnel from the NTG-NCR provided assistance to the GMA Kapuso Foundation in the delivery of PPEs to different hospitals in the cities of Taguig, Marikina, Mandaluyong and Pasig on Monday.
Th PPEs were delivered to the following hospitals:
- Philippine Army General Hospital
- Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center
- National Center for Mental Health
- Rizal Medical Center
- Pasig City General Hospital
The Philippine Navy remains a staunch and active partner of different non-government organizations to help provide continuous assistance to the people in times of need especially during this pandemic. (PIA NCR)
