Pasig City receives PCR test kits from SM Foundation

PASIG CITY, April 29 (PIA) – The Pasig City Government received PCR test kits from SM Foundation. 

Mayor Vico Sotto expressed his gratitude to SM Foundation for the donation of 2,000 test kits, which costs almost P3 million.

Sotto said that the test kits were delivered to The Medical City (TMC). Local health workers will swab the patients and TMC will process the tests.

Meanwhile, Mayor Sotto reiterated that the local government does not accept cash donation, only in-kind donations.

He also urged the public to immediately report to him if somebody from the local government accepts or asks for money donation. (Pasig City/PIA-NCR)
