SEC Baguio resumes 'new normal' operations

BAGUIO CITY, May 19(PIA) -- The Securities Exchange Commission-Baguio Extension Office (BEO) resumed its operation on May 18 strictly following health safety prevention measures of “no face mask, no entry” and physical distancing.

The Office is open from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

The SEC-Baguio operations cover partnerships and corporations from Regions 1, 2, and the Cordillera Region.

Considering the stringent measures on travel under the general community quarantine, clients from outside of Baguio are advised to e-mail or call the BEO before travelling. Clients may contact SEC-BEO thru secbaguio@sec.gov.ph  or phone number (074) 309 5804.

The SEC has released schedule of deadline of submission of reportorial requirements. For General Information Sheet, deadline is within 30 days after actual annual meeting.

 For financial statements, deadlines are as follows:  for fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, deadline is June 30, 2020; Jan. 31, 2020 – July 29; Feb. 29, 2020 – Aug. 27; March 31- September 27, 2020.
